Kısaca: WORLDARO'yu oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş
olursunuz. Conquest Credits gerçek para değildir. Gönderdiğiniz sorular
onaylanırsa topluluk içeriği olur. Abonelikler Google Play üzerinden yönetilir.
1. Kimler kullanabilir?
WORLDARO 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz bu
uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bulunduğunuz ülkede reşit olma yaşı daha yüksekse ve
siz o yaşın altındaysanız, uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn veya vasinizin izniyle
kullanabilirsiniz.
2. Hesabınız
Kayıt gerekmez. İlerlemeniz, cihazınızın ürettiği rastgele bir kimliğe
bağlıdır. Bunun pratik sonucu şudur: uygulamayı silerseniz veya cihaz
değiştirirseniz ilerlemeniz taşınmaz. Bu bilinçli bir tasarım tercihi —
sizden e-posta veya hesap istememenin bedeli budur.
3. Conquest Credits (oyun içi para birimi)
Conquest Credits yalnızca WORLDARO içinde kullanılan sanal bir birimdir.
Gerçek para değildir, gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur.
Nakde, başka bir para birimine veya başka bir hesaba
çevrilemez, aktarılamaz, satılamaz.
Satın alınan krediler, geçerli yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar ve Google
Play'in iade politikası dışında iade edilmez.
Kredi bakiyeniz üzerinde mülkiyet değil, uygulama içinde kullanım hakkı
elde edersiniz. Hesabınız bu koşulların ihlali nedeniyle kapatılırsa
kalan bakiye için tazminat ödenmez.
4. World+ aboneliği ve satın almalar
Tüm satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve Google Play'in kendi
koşullarına tabidir. Abonelik, siz iptal etmedikçe her dönem sonunda otomatik
yenilenir. İptal ve iade Google Play'den yönetilir — Play Store
→ Abonelikler. Biz ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve doğrudan tahsilat yapmayız.
Fiyatları, abonelik kapsamını ve kredi paketlerini değiştirme hakkımız
saklıdır. Mevcut bir aboneliğin fiyatı değişirse Google Play sizi yenilemeden
önce bilgilendirir ve onayınızı ister.
5. Gönderdiğiniz sorular
Uygulamaya soru gönderebilirsiniz. Gönderirken şunları kabul edersiniz:
Gönderdiğiniz içeriğin size ait olduğunu veya paylaşma hakkınız olduğunu.
Acvoria Games'e bu içeriği WORLDARO içinde ve uygulamanın tanıtımında
süresiz, dünya çapında, telifsiz kullanma, çoğaltma,
uyarlama ve çevirme hakkı verdiğinizi.
Her sorunun yayına girmeden önce bizim onayımızdan geçtiğini;
reddedebilir, düzeltebilir veya sınıflandırmasını değiştirebiliriz.
Bir soru onaylandıktan sonra topluluk içeriğine dönüşür: diğer oyuncuların
oyununun parçası olduğu için hesabınızı silseniz bile
kaldırılmaz. Talep ederseniz yazar adını anonimleştiririz.
Gönderilerinizde görünen adınızın diğer oyunculara gösterilebileceğini.
6. Yasak kullanımlar
Şunları yapmayın:
Nefret söylemi, taciz, şiddet, cinsel içerik, yasa dışı faaliyet teşviki
veya reklam içeren soru göndermek.
Kasıtlı olarak yanlış bilgi göndermek veya soru havuzunu bozmaya çalışmak.
Uygulamayı, sunucuyu veya lider tablosunu tersine mühendislik, otomasyon,
bot ya da başka bir yolla manipüle etmek.
Başkasının adına veya kimliğine bürünerek hareket etmek.
İhlal hâlinde gönderilerinizi kaldırabilir, lider tablosu kaydınızı silebilir
veya erişiminizi kalıcı olarak sonlandırabiliriz.
7. Servisin sürekliliği
WORLDARO'nun çevrimdışı çalışan bir oyun olduğunu, sunucunun yalnızca lider
tablosu, düello ve soru gönderimi için gerektiğini bilin. Sunucuyu bakım için
durdurabilir, özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Ücretli bir
özelliği kaldırırsak makul bir bildirim yaparız.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İçerik kamuya açık veri kümelerinden
türetilmiştir; doğruluğu için özen gösteririz ancak bir soru veya cevabın
eksiksiz doğru olduğunu garanti etmeyiz. WORLDARO bir oyundur;
resmî bir bilgi kaynağı değildir. Yürürlükteki yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın
kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici mevzuatından
doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Koşullar değişirse bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir; önemli
değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz. Sorularınız için:

In short: By playing WORLDARO you accept these terms.
Conquest Credits are not real money. Questions you submit become community
content once approved. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play.
1. Who may use it?
WORLDARO is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not
use this app. If the age of majority where you live is higher and you are below
it, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
No registration is required. Your progress is tied to a random identifier
generated by your device. The practical consequence is this: if you
delete the app or change device, your progress does not travel with you.
That is a deliberate trade-off — it is the price of never asking you for an
email or an account.
3. Conquest Credits (in-game currency)
Conquest Credits are a virtual unit used only inside WORLDARO. They are
not real money and have no value in the real world.
They cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold for cash,
another currency or another account.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where
required by applicable law or under Google Play's refund policy.
You obtain a right to use your balance inside the app, not ownership of
it. If your account is closed for breaching these terms, no compensation
is paid for a remaining balance.
4. World+ subscription and purchases
All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's
own terms. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless
you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are handled in Google Play
— Play Store → Subscriptions. We never see your payment details and never
charge you directly.
We may change prices, subscription scope and credit packs. If the price of an
existing subscription changes, Google Play notifies you and asks for your
consent before renewing.
5. Questions you submit
You may submit questions to the app. In doing so you agree that:
The content is yours, or you have the right to share it.
You grant Acvoria Games a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free
right to use, reproduce, adapt and translate that content inside WORLDARO
and in promotion of the app.
Every question passes our review before going live; we
may reject it, correct it, or change its classification.
Once approved, a question becomes community content: because it is part of
other players' game, it is not removed even if you delete your
account. On request we will anonymise the author name.
Your display name may be shown to other players alongside your submission.
6. Prohibited use
Do not:
Submit questions containing hate speech, harassment, violence, sexual
content, promotion of illegal activity, or advertising.
Deliberately submit false information or attempt to corrupt the question
pool.
Manipulate the app, the server or the leaderboard by reverse engineering,
automation, bots or any other means.
Impersonate another person or act under someone else's identity.
In case of breach we may remove your submissions, delete your leaderboard
record, or permanently terminate your access.
7. Availability of the service
WORLDARO is an offline-first game; the server is needed only for the
leaderboard, duels and question submission. We may take the server down for
maintenance and may change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature we
will give reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". Its content is derived from public datasets; we
take care over accuracy but do not warrant that any question or answer is
entirely correct. WORLDARO is a game, not an authoritative reference. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising
from use of the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights
under consumer protection legislation are unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated; for a
significant change we will also notify you inside the app. Questions:
